How the GN-750 Boosts Your Tire Recycling Efficiency

The GN-750 is a more powerful tire shear compared to the GN-500. The key difference is its extended blade length that enables cutting of larger diameter tires. With 15 tons of cutting force, it delivers increased productivity up to 1,750 kg/hour.

Feeding tires into the shredder as pre-cut pieces significantly increases bulk density, both for processing and transportation. This results in more tire pieces reaching the shredder's rollers or loading hopper, consequently boosting productivity.

We all understand basic math - transporting whole tires is simply wasteful. Cutting tires into pieces before transportation provides substantial savings in fuel and time.

For convenience, the blades are designed to be reversible. When one edge dulls, you simply flip the blade rather than replacing it immediately. Each blade can be flipped four times, dramatically reducing replacement costs. After using all four edges, the blades can be sharpened three more times

The shears require minimal maintenance. All replacement components are available at any local hardware store. They're compatible with any Russian-made hydraulic/electric components or their equivalents.

This mobility enables the shears to be transported to tire storage yards where they can pre-cut tires into small pieces before shipment. This process increases the bulk density of scrap tires for more efficient transportation to recycling plants, resulting in significant cost savings.
