The Rubber Floor Covering Small line is engineered for manufacturing rubber tiles in various sizes (from 500x500mm to 350x350mm) and thicknesses (10-40mm).

Rubber Crumb Flooring Line Output Capabilities:

• 500×500 mm tiles:
  ∙ 40mm thick — with mounting holes for plastic bushings, smooth surface, ribbed base
  ∙ 30mm thick — with mounting holes for plastic bushings, smooth surface, ribbed base
  ∙ 15mm thick — smooth surface

• 350×350 mm patterned tiles:
  ∙ 30mm/20mm thick — «Grid» surface pattern, ribbed base
  ∙ 30mm/20mm thick — «Cobweb» surface pattern, ribbed base

• Rubber Pavers:
  ∙ «Brick» pattern — 40mm/20mm thick
  ∙ «Spool» pattern — 40mm/20mm thick
  ∙ «Wave» pattern — 40mm/20mm thick

• Rubber Edging: 500mm length

The products can be manufactured with:

• Variable density (soft or firm) tailored to functional requirements:
  ∙ Safety surfaces for playgrounds: 780-850 kg/m³
  ∙ Sports halls, stables, amusement park flooring: 950-1100 kg/m³

• Multiple thickness options (10mm, 15mm, 20mm, 30mm, 40mm) to match substrate conditions

• Wide color range with colored crumb inclusions (marble effect)

• With or without patterns

• Smooth or textured surfaces

Standard SMALL Equipment Package Includes:

• 4 production carts

• Set of square tile press molds (500×500 mm)

Optional Upgrades: The production line can be customized with additional press molds for manufacturing various tile types upon customer request.
