The RFC LARGE rubber tile production complex is high-capacity equipment capable of manufacturing all types of rubber crumb pavers in large volumes. The LARGE production line can produce up to 14 different rubber tile products.

The rubber crumb flooring production line enables manufacturing of:

• 350×350 mm patterned tiles:

• Rubber pavers:
  ∙ «Brick» pattern — 40mm/20mm thick

• Rubber edging: 500mm length

Products can be manufactured with:

• Variable density:
  ∙ 780-850 kg/m³ for safety surfaces (playgrounds)
  ∙ 950-1100 kg/m³ for heavy-duty floors (sports halls, stables)

• Multiple thickness options: 10mm, 15mm, 20mm, 30mm, 40mm

• Wide color range with colored crumb inclusions (marble effect)

• With or without surface patterns

• Smooth or textured finishes

Standard RFC LARGE Equipment Package Includes:

• 10 production trolleys

• Complete set of 500×500 mm square tile press molds

Optional Customizations Available:
The production line can be expanded with additional press molds for manufacturing various tile types upon customer request.
