The Auto Tire Recycling 500 is an automatic complex of equipment for processing tires into rubber crumb, which allows you to grind waste worn car tires and other rubber goods into a rubber crumb. The productivity of the line is 500 — 700 kg of sorted crumb rubber per hour.

The line for recycling tires Auto Tire Recycling 500 is a high-tech equipment complex that works in automatic mode. This is a good start for your business. This equipment makes it possible to automatically process tires into crumb rubber which fractions start from 0.1 mm up to 6 mm.

While recycling used tires, the line separates additional inclusions (which are parts of a car tires), such as textile and metal cord. Textile and metal cord are also sorted and shipped into separate containers provided in the line.

To obtain 500 kg of crumb rubber per hour, you need to load about 750 kg of worn tires into the shredder. Because there is about 20% inclusions such as textile and metal cord in a standard tire, you will receive:

• Rubber crumb (broken into fractions) 500 kg / hour
• Metal cord + — 150 kg / hour
• Textile cord + — 120 kg / hour

The crumb rubber is automatically crashed into fractions:

1. 0.1 mm — 1 mm,
2. 2 mm — 3 mm,
3. 4 mm — 5 mm;

Each configuration of the Auto Tire Recycling plant has a modular structure, this feature makes it possible to increase the productivity of the line without buying a separate tire recycling line. If such a need arises, we will bring and install additional equipment units for you without the area expansion, in this case the only things to change are : the electricity consumption and  the productivity which will increase.

While the crumb rubber processing it will repeatedly undergo various stages of cleaning from additional inclusions such as textiles, metal, dirt and dust.

The complex of Auto Tire Recycling 500 equipment includes 4 cleaning degrees from metal cord, this technological solution completely excludes the metal ingress into the rubber crumb composition. Its separation is carried out practically at every stage of the equipment operation. A passive system for capturing metal particles is additionally installed to see the stage of rubber crumb sorting on vibrating screen of the classifier, which helps crumb rubber to be cleaned completely from the metal cord.

The removal of textile cord, dust and dirt begins immediately after materials went through all the grinding stages. There are three cleaning stages from textile cord and dust, two cyclones of a dust collector and a textile vibrating sieve are integrated into the line.

* if it is impossible to install equipment in a straight line in your room, we can install the line at an angle, depending on the characteristics of your room. To do so, a plan is provided in advance according to the responsible engineer plan.

To install the Auto Tire Recycling — 500 line, you need a room about 80 m2, a ceiling height should be at least 4 meters. The operating equipment temperature range  starts from -20 to +40 degrees, but the recommended room temperature according to SanPin (russian regulation standards) request is + 21C for the la category, the humidity is about 15-75% which is also comfortable temperature for workers.

The foundation is designed for a typical configuration of the Auto Tire Recycling 500 line for processing tires into crumb rubber. The requirement for the foundation of the equipment supplied is approximate and depends on the quality of the existing foundation inside the room.

The foundation must be compacted. The room must be heated. If the room is unheated the equipment installation is allowed only by a prior agreement.

Foundation dimensions are: 23 meters long, 6 meters wide, foundation thickness is 25 cm. When constructing a foundation, it is necessary to provide a 10mm expansion joint between the existing floor and the foundation.

Steel grade for reinforcement class is A 400 (A-3) — 25G2S in accordance with GOST standard 5781-82, knit reinforcement should be connected with each other. Crushed stone devided into fractions 20-40 with folding fractions 5-20. The recommended concrete grade is B15.

The power consumption of the Auto Tire Recycling 500 line ranges from 150 to 180 kW. Instant starting power is 230 kW. Therefore, the needed voltage in the room should be at least 250 kW.
