Auto Tire Recycling 2000 Line

The Auto Tire Recycling 2000 Line is a high-performance equipment complex for mechanically grinding end-of-life tires into high-quality rubber crumb.

Processing Capabilities:

Passenger, truck, aircraft, agricultural, OTR tire chips, and other rubber products.

Input/Output Efficiency:

To produce 2 000 kg of rubber crumb per hour, feed approximately ±2 600 kg of waste tires into the shredder. Standard tires contain ±20% impurities (textile/steel cord), yielding:

— Rubber crumb (graded): 2 000 kg/h

— Steel cord: ±400 kg/h

— Textile cord: ±250 kg/h

 

Automatic Fraction Sizing:

— 0mm–1mm: 370 kg/h

— 1mm–3mm: 630 kg/h

— 2mm–4mm: 820 kg/h

— 4mm–6mm: 180 kg/h

 

Modular Scalability:

All Auto Tire Recycling configurations feature modular design, enabling capacity expansion without full equipment replacement. This significantly reduces upgrade costs and capital expenditure.

 

Processing Technology:

Mechanical shredding is a globally established MSW processing technology, this  line does not need a State Ecological Expertise. You need to buy the equipment, install it and create your own business!

How do the line works

Visual Inspection & Contaminant Removal, pre-sorting of tires to remove non-recyclable elements (e.g., spikes, bolts, screws, large non-magnetic metal objects) embedded during use.

Size Reduction Preparation for OTR Tires: Loaded onto interchangeable shearing supports for shredding into 500×500 mm fragments. Automatic processing time: 80 minutes per 5,000 kg wheel. For passenger Tires: Processed whole. For Truck Tires: Fed into the automated line only after pre-cutting into 40×40 cm segments using included GN-500 Hydraulic Shears.

Primary Shredding: Prepared OTR segments and sorted automotive tires are conveyed to the primary shredder for size reduction. Process continues automatically after loading.

Primary Metal Separation (Stage 1): output material passes through Magnetic Separator #1, removing 60% of steel cord and other ferrous contaminants.

Granulation & Textile Liberation. Material transported via pneumatic conveyor to a rotary crusher for final granulation. Textile cord becomes removable after this stage.

Primary Dust Extraction (Stage 1): Granulated material enters Cyclone Dust Collector #1 for fine particle removal.

Secondary Metal Separation (Stage 2): Material processed through Magnetic Separator #2 for enhanced ferrous metal removal.

Textile Separation: rubber crumb passes through a vibratory textile screen where textile cord is removed via vibration, sieving, and integrated fan systems.

Final Purification: material is pneumatically conveyed to: Cyclone Dust Collector #2 (residual dust removal) and Magnetic Separator #3 (tertiary metal purification)

Fraction Classification: final stage utilizes a classifier vibratory screen to sort rubber crumb into commercial fractions: 0.1-1 mm, 1-2 mm, 2-4 mm, 4-5 mm.

Accommodation requirements

Facility Specifications: minimum space: 600 m², ceiling height: ≥5 meters, operating temperature range: -20°C to +40°C. Recommended conditions (per SanPiN RF Category Ia): temperature: +21° C, humidity: 15-75% (Note: Ensures worker comfort and regulatory compliance)

The foundation requirements

Design based on standard tire recycling line configuration, specifications are indicative and subject to existing foundation/structural quality.

Mandatory conditions: built exclusively on compacted subbase, inside heated premises, unheated facility installation requires manufacturer pre-approval. Dimensions: length: 25 m, width: 12 m, thickness: 25 cm.

Construction details: 10 mm expansion joint between existing floor and foundation, reinforcement steel: Grade A400 (A-III), 25G2S per GOST 5781-82 (mesh-lapped), aggregate: Fractionated crushed stone 20-40 mm with 5-20 mm filling, concrete grade: B15 is recommended.

Electricity supply requirement

Power Consumption: operational load: 530–570 kW, instantaneous starting load: 610 kW,  critical requirement: minimum supplied power: 630 kW.

The most important difference from equipment of a similar structure is that this complex processes worn-out tires by low-speed mechanical crushing, this method has a positive effect on the quality of the rubber crumb produced. The crumb obtained by this method is not exposed to high temperatures during grinding, therefore it does not lose its physical and chemical properties; that is why it has high demand and price on the market!

Each gearbox, motor, processing mechanism is specially made for the Global Plant, in conjunction with processed material properties.

The Auto Tire Recycling line is equipped by a pneumatic track, which ensures smooth and fast delivery of the recycled material from stage to stage. The usage of a pneumatic line is one of the most important advantages of this equipment, which provides a fast processing cycle, blowing of raw materials to reduce the temperature during transportation in the system and, as a result, a greater cleaning of the material from dust and additional inclusions. So you won’t spend money on repair because the usage of the pneumatic lines exclude a waste of time and frequent breakdowns, in contrast to equipment with conveyor belts. Also, the use of pneumatic lines has a positive effect on the dimensions of the line and allows you additional cost savings on electricity.

All cutting and friction elements which are used in our equipment are made from a Swedish wear-resistant Hardox steel. Hardox steel is a uniquely hardened and tempered hot rolled steel with a high margin of safety and wear resistance. Due to its high surface hardness, it effectively resists to many types of mechanical and vibration wear. The usage of HARDOX steel in equipment for the used tires processing allows us to achieve high performance indicators, significantly reduce the cost of consumables and an order of magnitude increase the already fundamental margin of safety of our lines for processing tires into crumb rubber.
