Auto Tire Recycling 2000 Line
The Auto Tire Recycling 2000 Line is a high-performance equipment complex for mechanically grinding end-of-life tires into high-quality rubber crumb.
Processing Capabilities:
Passenger, truck, aircraft, agricultural, OTR tire chips, and other rubber products.
Key Advantages Over Competing Systems:
— Superior rubber crumb quality
— Complete removal of textile and steel cord
— Smoke-free operation
— Simple and reliable design
Input/Output Efficiency:
To produce 2 000 kg of rubber crumb per hour, feed approximately ±2 600 kg of waste tires into the shredder. Standard tires contain ±20% impurities (textile/steel cord), yielding:
— Rubber crumb (graded): 2 000 kg/h
— Steel cord: ±400 kg/h
— Textile cord: ±250 kg/h
Automatic Fraction Sizing:
— 0mm–1mm: 370 kg/h
— 1mm–3mm: 630 kg/h
— 2mm–4mm: 820 kg/h
— 4mm–6mm: 180 kg/h
Modular Scalability:
All Auto Tire Recycling configurations feature modular design, enabling capacity expansion without full equipment replacement. This significantly reduces upgrade costs and capital expenditure.
Processing Technology:
— 5-stage grinding process
— 3-stage steel cord separation after secondary grinding
— 3-stage textile cord removal via vibrating table and dual dust-cyclone systems
Industry-Proven Solution:
Mechanical shredding is a globally established MSW processing technology, this line does not need a State Ecological Expertise. You need to buy the equipment, install it and create your own business!
For 10 years, Global Plant is a leader of the finest quality in equipment manufacturing. We use only the highest quality components.
Our factories operate in many cities and countries around the World!
Global Plant invest in a large safety margin for its equipment. We make equipment with a massive bed, we install components with a 20% power reserve.
The Global Plant company has its own service center and a department for supplying spare and consumable items of the manufactured equipment.
* if it is impossible to install equipment in a straight line in your room, we can install the line at an angle, depending on the characteristics of your room. To do so, a plan is provided in advance according to the responsible engineer plan.
Facility Specifications: minimum space: 600 m², ceiling height: ≥5 meters, operating temperature range: -20°C to +40°C. Recommended conditions (per SanPiN RF Category Ia): temperature: +21° C, humidity: 15-75% (Note: Ensures worker comfort and regulatory compliance)
Design based on standard tire recycling line configuration, specifications are indicative and subject to existing foundation/structural quality.

Construction details: 10 mm expansion joint between existing floor and foundation, reinforcement steel: Grade A400 (A-III), 25G2S per GOST 5781-82 (mesh-lapped), aggregate: Fractionated crushed stone 20-40 mm with 5-20 mm filling, concrete grade: B15 is recommended.
Power Consumption: operational load: 530–570 kW, instantaneous starting load: 610 kW, critical requirement: minimum supplied power: 630 kW.
Choosing us as an equipment supplier — you choose a reliable partner filo used on cooperation and beneficial partnership!
What do you get : turnkey equipment supply, equipment warranty and the best service. Before sending the equipment to you, we thoroughly test the equipment in our workshop to identify and eliminate possible errors made during production.
After passing the tests, the equipment is sent to the paint shop to be painted, packed and shipped by the transport company. The equipment is insured during the transportation.
After arrival of your equipment at the place to be installed we train your personnel how to maintain and operate the equipment. Under the clear guidance of our engineers, your people will be trained: to install and dismantle the production line, equipment maintenance, replacement of spare parts, work on equipment.
