The Auto Tire Recycling 200 set of equipment is the most affordable among all the machines of the entire line of tire recycling plants made by Global Plant. This complex has high productivity and quality of raw materials at the output, designed to be installed in small towns with population about 100,000 people.

The Auto Tire Recycling line machines is an indicator of the highest quality of equipment manufactured in Russia. We use best components to produce our equipment, all the details have the best quality, the equipment line  has a colossal margin of safety.

From 200 to 300 kg/hour of the rubber crumb can be produced at the output by the Auto Tire Recycling 200 complex.

The crumb is divided into five factions:

  • 0.1mm-0.6mm,
  • 0.6mm-1mm,
  • 1mm-3mm,
  • 3mm-5mm,
  • 5mm-6mm,

Both textile and metal cord come out separately.

The productivity of the complex at the input is up to 500 kg / hour of tires chopped into pieces. Shears GN-500 and Hydraulic pulling of bead rings are part of the equipment.

The line carries out mechanical shredding of tires in a low-speed mode with a processing cycle, therefore, which makes it absolutely environmentally friendly. To recycle tires with the help of the Auto Tire Recycling 200 complex, no additional communications are required the equipment works with the help of electricity. The obtained rubber crumb has the highest degree of cleaning from additional inclusions, dust and dirt, which is in the tire tread.

Mechanical shredder crushing is a long-existing and worldwide used technology for the processing of solid waste, therefore, such a line does not need a State Ecological Expertise. You need to buy the equipment, install it and create your own business!

How do the line works

Visual inspection, removal of spikes and other unrecyclable elements from the recyclable tire that could get into the car tire during the exploration(bolts, screws, large metal elements that are not magnetised).

Passenger wheels are completely recyclable. Truck tires are fed into the automatic line only after they are cut into small segments, three or four parts.

After inspection and preparation, the selected car tires are fed into a loading conveyor and go into a shredder to be shredded into small segments (crisps).

After crushing, the resulting material goes to the magnetic separator N1, where the metal cord and other metal inclusions are separated from the rubber composition.

Then, the resulting material enters the pneumatic track and transferred to a rotary crusher for crushing the rubber crumb into final fractions. After passing through the impact crusher, it is possible to remove the textile cord from the rubber composition.

After crushing the material into the final fraction, the material enters to the cyclone dust collector N1 where fine dust particles and finely crushed textile cord are separated.

Then the obtained crumb rubber passed through a magnetic N2 separator to provide more complete and deep cleaning from metal particles.

After being cleaned from metal and dust, rubber crumb falls on a textile vibrating sieve to remove the textile cord. The textile separated from the rubber is removed from the rubber composition by vibration, sieving through a sieve and a fan system.

After passing through the textile vibrating sieve, the rubber crumb is picked up by the air flow of the pneumatic line and sent to the cyclone N2 dust collector to remove dust residues. And then goes directly into the N3 magnetic separator for deeper cleaning of metal particles.

The last stage of the rubber crumb production is a vibrating sieve classifier. On a vibrating sieve classifier, the obtained rubber crumb is sorted into final commercial fractions: 0.1 mm - 0,6mm, 0,6 mm - 1 mm, 2 mm - 4 mm.

Indoor equipment installation

* if it is impossible to install equipment in a straight line in your room, we can install the line at an angle, depending on the characteristics of your room. To do so, a plan is provided in advance according to the responsible engineer plan.

Accommodation requirements

To install the Auto Tire Recycling — 200, you need a room of at least about 60 m2, a ceiling height about 4 meters. The operating equipment temperature range  starts from -20 to +40 degrees, but the recommended room temperature according to the demands of the Russian federation’s health code : Category Ia + 21C at 15-75% humidity. These conditions are also comfortable for workers.

The foundation requirements

The foundation is designed for a typical configuration of the Auto Tire Recycling 200 line for processing tires into crumb rubber. The requirement for the foundation of the equipment supplied is approximate and depends on the quality of the existing foundation inside the room.

The foundation must be compacted. The room must be heated. If the room is unheated the equipment installation is allowed only by a prior agreement.

Foundation dimensions are: 16 meters long, 6 meters wide, foundation thickness is 25 cm. When constructing a foundation, it is necessary to provide a 10mm expansion joint between the existing floor and the foundation.

Steel grade for reinforcement class is A 400 (A-3) — 25G2S in accordance with GOST standard 5781-82, knit reinforcement should be connected with each other. Crushed stone devided into fractions 20-40 with folding fractions 5-20. The recommended concrete grade is B15.

Electricity supply requirement

The power consumption of the Auto Tire Recycling 200 line is 50 kW. Instant starting power is 80 kW. Therefore, the needed voltage in the room should be at least 120 kW.

The most important difference from equipment of a similar structure is that this complex processes worn-out tires by low-speed mechanical crushing, this method has a positive effect on the quality of the rubber crumb produced. The Auto Tire Recycling line is equipped by a pneumatic track, which ensures smooth and fast delivery of the recycled material from stage to stage. The usage of a pneumatic line is one of the most important advantages of this equipment, which provides a fast processing cycle, blowing of raw materials to reduce the temperature during transportation in the system and, as a result, a greater cleaning of the material from dust and additional inclusions. So you won’t spend money on repair because the usage of the pneumatic lines exclude a waste of time and frequent breakdowns, in contrast to equipment with conveyor belts. Also, the use of pneumatic lines has a positive effect on the dimensions of the line and allows you additional cost savings on electricity.

All cutting and friction elements which are used in our equipment are made from a Swedish wear-resistant Hardox steel. Hardox steel is a uniquely hardened and tempered hot rolled steel with a high margin of safety and wear resistance. Due to its high surface hardness, it effectively resists to many types of mechanical and vibration wear. The usage of HARDOX steel in equipment for the used tires processing allows us to achieve high performance indicators, significantly reduce the cost of consumables and an order of magnitude increase the already fundamental margin of safety of our lines for processing tires into crumb rubber.
